Chinese company Vivo recently released the Vivo X50 Lite. Since the start, we have wondered when the company will release the "vanilla" version. The company announced today that it will launch the Vivo X50 5G early next month, specifically June 1. The handset is officially launched in China, but unfortunately details about its internals are still rare.
However, the company has posted an image on its official website in China that teases the phone as the "flagship of professional imaging". Apparently the handset will be another camera-centered smartphone from Vivo. It may also use the company's latest design language, which uses a punch-hole display and rectangular camera on the back.
The Vivo X50 Lite is a mid-range smartphone without 5G connectivity. It shows a 6.38-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution and a water drop notch with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. When we move backwards we have a quad camera setup with 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP shooters. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 665 SoC and is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with 18 W quick charge.
We are looking forward to the technical data of the Vanilla X50. Will it be a flagship or a mid-range phone? In the latter case, it can be delivered with Snapdragon 765G SoC or even a MediaTek dimension chipset to ensure 5G connectivity. More details should be released in the coming days.
