Chinese manufacturers spread with different technologies and attractive prices in different parts of the world. Outside of China, some Chinese manufacturers are doing very well. Xiaomi has been number one in India for seven consecutive quarters. OnePlus is also doing quite well in the USA. Oppo and Vodafone recently signed an agreement, according to a recent report by the China Securities Journal. According to the report, both parties will work together on the smartphone market.
Using this agreement, Oppo's full range of smartphones will enter the European Vodafone market in May. This month it will be available in five European countries and will be gradually expanded to other countries in Europe. The full range of Oppo products is added to Vodafone's retail and online channels. These include both inexpensive entry-level models and 5G flagship models that bring ultimate experience. Oppo Find X series, Reno series and Oppo A series will all debut in Europe.
Oppo will first enter five European countries.
In the first phase of the collaboration, Oppo mobile phones will be launched first in Vodafone Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Romania. From there it will spread to other countries in Europe.
According to Oppo, his 5G smartphones cost between 2,000 and 7,000 yuan. This means that there is a 5G smartphone for almost everyone. The company also said these products are available in nearly 20 countries and are expanding to more.
According to Oppo, the goal in the Chinese market is to sell 5G smartphones for 1500 yuan. This way, consumers can buy 5G phones at the price they are currently buying 4G phones for. Obviously, the price cut of 5G phones will widely promote 5G's popularity.
