Motorola One Fusion +

Motorola One Fusion + specifications and launch date confirmed

Last month Motorola finally got a grip on its new flagship Motorola Edge + and a counterpart of the upper middle class called Motorola Edge. However, these weren't the only devices planned in the company's Q2 2020 schedule. The company is also reported to be planning two new devices, Motorola One Fusion and Fusion +. While Motorola has yet to give us an official position on the two devices, YouTube has announced the key specs and release date of the Motorola One Fusion +.

Supposed Specifications for Motorola One Fusion +

The video streaming platform was listed on the Motorola One Fusion + device review page with the Snapdragon 730 SoC. This goes against last month's leak, which put a Snapdragon 675 SoC on the rudder. It's no surprise that Motorola is known for sticking to the latest generation of SoCs in its mid-range devices. The new handset comes in a 6.5-inch form factor, the display has an FHD + resolution and is probably an LCD panel. In addition, the device is immediately delivered with Android 10 and draws power from a 5,000 mAh battery.

The listing says that the new phone will be official in June 2020, but won't tell us a specific date. It can be assumed that the One Fusion will arrive next to its sibling. Interestingly, the YouTube list also shows a picture of a Motorola smartphone. However, it's not the Motorola One Fusion +, but the Motorola Edge that was launched last month. Still, it's important to note that the Edge listing includes an image of an unknown smartphone, which could actually be the One Fusion +. Perhaps YouTube has incorrectly exchanged the image of both cell phones.

The picture may give us the best appearance of the unpublished smartphone so far. The device has a quad camera setup on the back, with a 64 megapixel unit leading the show. In addition, it has a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back, which basically confirms our predictions of an LCD display. The smartphone has a USB-C port on the bottom and, interestingly enough, protects the 3.5 mm headphone jack. Apparently the device has a pop-up camera mechanism because this display has no notch or perforation. The on / off switch and the volume rocker are shown on the right side of the smartphone. There is a third button, but we cannot determine its purpose.

Rumor has it that the One Fusion + will be available in two different versions. One has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, the other has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The handset is available in the following colors: Cloud and SugarFrost. If Motorola releases it in June, we will likely see more details in the coming days.
