HTC has been off the flagship for quite some time, and given the current financial status of its smartphone business, a return to its former glory (and ability to raise money) seems far, far away. A high-end HTC phone will be released in July this year, according to a recent report from China.
MyDriver claims that a flagship phone with Snapdragon 865 and 5G support will be released in just over a month. Not much is known about the rest of the specs, but the design is said to be inspired by the HTC U12 + launched two years ago.
Before the launch of its 5G flagship, HTC is also due to launch a mid-ranger of the Desire 20 series for 4G next month. This is most likely the HTC Desire 20 Pro, whose schematics leaked out last month, revealing four cameras on the back and a hole cutout on the front.
