Samsung Galaxy M01 and M11 come to India in June

Today, GSMArena reported that Samsung plans to launch two entry-level smartphones on the Indian market in June, the Samsung Galaxy M01 and the M11.

The parameters of the Samsung Galaxy M11 have been announced. The machine is equipped with a 6.4 inch LCD screen and has a punch design. And under the hood, our protagonist carries the entry-level Snapdragon 450 processor. The latter is supplemented by 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM memory and there is also a built-in 5000 mAh battery. This battery in turn supports 15 W quick charge. There is a 13MP + 5MP + 2MP triple camera module on the back of the device. At the same time, the front has an 8-megapixel camera.

Reports indicate that the Samsung Galaxy M01 will be equipped with a 5.71-inch screen. And although the processor is still part of the Snapdragon 400 series, the company used a Snapdragon 439 processor this time. It is coupled with a 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM memory combination and a built-in 4000 mAh battery. There is a 13MP + 2MP dual camera module on the back of the camera. At the same time, we find a 5MP selfie shooter on the opposite side. The device also supports Dolby Atmos, Samsung Health and Face Unlock as well as other functions. In addition, the microSD card slot is most likely supported to expand the memory.

The phone has overall dimensions of 146.3 x 70.86 x 9.8 mm. It is shipped with Android 10 directly with One UI 2.0. A 4,000 mAh battery stops the light. Other features include Dolby Atmos, Samsung Health support and Face Unlock. Interestingly, the presence of microSD is listed as "TBD". The circuit diagrams may still be in the works or, in the worst case, the material has been manipulated.

In relation to the retail price, the retail price of the Galaxy M01 is 8999 rupees (approximately $ 119). The Galaxy M11 costs 10999 rupees (about $ 146) for the 3 + 32GB version and 12999 rupees ($ 172) for the 4 + 64GB version.

Samsung is the world's leading smartphone brand. But it loses the fight against Xiaomi in India. And we're not talking about a quarter or two. Xiaomi leads this market in 11 consecutive quarters. It's naive to think that these two will help the Korean manufacturer escape its rival, but it can gain bigger market share.
