Vivo X60s 5G surfaces with Snapdragon 765G and 33W charging

A Vivo smartphone with the model number V2006 appeared in the GeekBench benchmark list with a Snapdragon 765G SoC and 8 GB RAM. It's worth noting that it also runs Android, but that's no surprise for a device released this year. Interestingly, the same V2006 received Bluetooth SIG certification last month under the name Vivo X60s 5G. It has been certified by the Danish UL (Demko), which shows support for fast charging of 11 V / 3A 33 W.

A few months ago, Vivo announced that it would expand its range of 5G smartphones with cheaper devices. In the past few months, the company has kept this promise with many devices with 5G functions. There is some controversy surrounding this new Vivo X60s 5G. The phone has the 765G and 33W charging that matches both the Vivo X50 and the X50 Pro. Rumors suggest that this is the global counterpart to the China Vivo Z6 5G with downgraded fast charging technology.

The handset reached in the single Core tests 637 points and 1,985 points in the multi-core tasks, which is in no way inferior to the results of this processor.

Vivo S7 5G coming soon

While The Vivo X60s is not coming, the company still has a 5G phone to be unveiled next week. Oddly enough, it also comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. The phone is called the Vivo S7 5G and drops the Exynos 980 SoC that you found as its predecessor. The phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED and will strangely use a wide solution. This is used to use a 44MP Samsung GH1 and an 8MP Hynix Hi846 super wide angle sensor as selfie cameras.

On the back, the handset will have a squircle design to use a 64MP main shooter with 8MP ultra-wide. and a 13MP telephoto lens. According to reports, the phone will be equipped with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB internal storage.

The company recently visited Weibo to announce that the launch will take place on August 3 at 7:30 p.m. Chinese time. The company also confirmed that the phone will arrive in a very thin form factor. It will also be a lightweight phone with a selfie-centered approach. The device is already available for pre-orders on and can reach a price of 2,998 CNY (~ 428 USD) in China. We'll get all the details on the company's next 5G phone next week.
