Over 800 Covid-19-infected patients hospitalised in the last 24 hours – The First News
The recent high levels of new Covid-19 infections among Poles have resulted in an increased number of patients being admitted to hospitals, a deputy health minister said on Tuesday.
Waldemar Kraska told Polish Radio One that the news “is not optimistic and is the effect of the previous very large, daily numbers of (new – PAP) cases”. He added that this week would also not be an easy one.
Kraska also said that this week the government would most likely once again present “a detailed vaccination programme” in view of the expected large deliveries of anti-Covid-19 vaccines to Poland.
